Creating Opportunity.
Transforming Lives.
Wake Forest’s greatest impact has always been found by honoring the promise of Pro Humanitate through the development of young minds with goals and aspirations that extend far beyond themselves. When we create life-changing opportunities at Wake Forest, we deliver the mission of Pro Humanitate to the world.
Chasing the Complex Problems of Our Day
One of the most distinctive aspects of Wake Forest is the ability for students to engage in mentored research with faculty mentors. This story highlights some of the all-star student researchers who have been working to solve the complex problems of the day.

Giving Societies
Wake Forest Giving Societies offer our friends, alumni and parents a way to pledge their lasting commitment to supporting the school they love. A five-year financial commitment to a giving society provides the University with the foundation it needs to face both challenges and opportunities. Welcome to the place where the most loyal of Wake Foresters choose to hang their top hats.
With Gratitude
“I am proud of my accomplishments throughout my years at Wake Forest. I have used these scholarships to grow immensely as a scholar and contributing member of society. Thank you for your investment in my education, and wish me luck in graduate school!”

Mit Shah (’91) commits $5 million to men’s basketball
This is definitely worth cheering about! Trustee Mit Shah (’91) and his family have generously made another transformational gift to the Demon Deacons Men’s Basketball program. This gift focuses on intensifying Wake Forest’s strategic pursuit of basketball excellence in a highly competitive landscape and provides head coach Steve Forbes and his staff a broader means to invest in Wake Forest’s student-athlete experience, sports performance, medicine and wellness, innovation, and advanced technology.
